St. Paul, Minnesota, Apr 24 - Mark Kennedy spoke at the Duck Rally Saturday at the State Capitol where he discussed his Wetlands Loan Act to preserve wildlife habitat. Mark partnered with Mike Thompson, a Democrat from California, to introduce the Wetlands Loan Act this last fall.
