Does Amy Klobuchar Agree with Russ Feingold?
Feingold, who staunchly opposed the Patriot Act, is now attempting to Censure President Bush

St. Paul, Mar 14 - Wisconsin Democrat Russ Feingold, an ’08 White House hopeful, this weekend called for the censure of President Bush. Feingold, an outspoken opponent of the Patriot Act, alleges Bush broke the law by allowing law enforcement officials to listen to international phone conversations between someone in the U.S. and those overseas with terrorist ties.

“During this time of war, I’m pleased the President did everything within his power to protect the American people,” said Mark Kennedy. “When terrorists are talking to people in the United States we ought to know about it so we can connect the dots and prevent future terrorist attacks. Since Amy Klobuchar has refused to say how she would have voted on the Patriot Act, will she remain silent on Russ Feingold’s plan to censure the President?”
